Green sauce 


 

Ingredients:
Extra virgin olives oil Pietrantica
4 leaves of sage
6 leaves of basil
4 small pumpkin
Salt e pepper

Preparation:
You flutter together the sage, the basil, the small squashes carefully washed, salt and pepper.
You add enough extra virgin olives oil Pietrantica to make to become the mixture pap but not too liquid.
Best with the Penne rigate(past).
Fresh dish and tempting.
