Pietrantica Anchovies with lemon

Ingredients for 6 persons:
Salt anchovies Pietrantica Gr 600
Lemons 8
Extra virgin olives oil Pietrantica abounding
Vinegar Pietrantica
Pinch of origan
Salt

Preparations:
It put in a pan the anchovies and it wash carefully with water and vinegar.
Now you dispose it, in a sole layer, in a container of glass, you cover it with the juice of the lemons and salt, place it in refrigerator for at least four hours.
Before serving it, take of it from the lemon, eliminated the tail and eventual skin, therefore dress it with oil and origan.
