Ingredients:
Mascarpone 100 g
Sweet gorgonzola 100 g
Butterflies 320 g
Butterflies pasta
Pear 1
Kernel of walnut
Salt
Extra virgin olives oil Pietrantica To pleasure


Preparations:
You cook the butterflies in abounding water salted.
You season the butterflies with a thread of olives oil Pietrantica and to cool it.
You work the gorgonzola with the mascarpone and united the pasta.
You cut to cubes the pear and added to the pasta
