Ingredients:
100 gr of bean fresh borlotti
150 gr. of string-bean
3 patatoes,2 eggplant
200 gr of squashes
300gr of cabbage of season
200 gr. of vegetables of season
25 gr. of mushrooms buckets Extra
virgin olives oil PietranticaTwo
spoons
200 gr. of paste or rice
2 spoons of pesto(green sauce with basil) Pietrantica
salt
Preparation:
You clean all the vegetables and put on the fire a pot
with water salted.
When it boil you put all the vegetables, that already
will have cut in small pieces, in the pot.
It put to bath the mushrooms buckets.
Therefore drop it, mince it and after put it in the soup.
It cook to low fire for at least a hour. Therefore to
add the pasta or the rice and carried to cooking. It
remove from the fire and it add the pesto(green sauce
with basil) diluted. You stir and served.
