Beefsteaks with read wine

        

 

Ingredients for 4 persons:
4 red meat steacks
2 glasses of Wine Rossese Pietrantica
2 spoons of Vinegar Pietrantica
A black pepper spoon
2 garlic cloves
a few bay leaves
2 carrots salt

Preparation:
In a glass container pour the rossese wine, the vinegar, the carrots, the squashed garlic, the leaves of bay, the pepper and blend everything.
