Carpaccio vith oil and Pietrantica olives

        

 

ingredients for 4 people:

500 gm of beef sirloin
Black olives in brine Pietrantica
Extra vergin olives oil Pietrantica
Juice of lemon, salt and pepper to liking.

Preparation:
Clean the meat removing every track of fat and cool in the fridge.
Cut it into slices very much thin with butcher's sharp knife.
Put it on a serving dish, abundantly wetting it with the lemon,
oil them with extra-virgin Pietrantica and salting it to your liking.
Finish touch, with the garnishing olives.
