with basil)
Ingrdients for
4 persons:
Bavette(Pasta) 500 gr
little tomatoes of pachino 450 gr
Red shrimps cleans 350 gr
Parmesan grated 200 gr
Almonds husked and toasted 100 g
Pine nuts 70 g
3 cloves of garlic Extra
vergin olives oil Pietrantica
200 gr
White wine 1 glass
Mint fresh 5 leaves Pesto
Pietrantica
sufficient to

pepper
Preparation:
In a pan to brown, in olives oil much worm with a
whole segment of garlic, the shrimp.
