Spaghetti
with garlic , olives oil and chili pepper
Ingredients dor 4 persons:
500g. of spaghetti flour hard wheat
six spoons
extra
virgin olives oil
Two segments of garlic crushed
Parsley minced of fresh
Salt for water of the pasta
a teaspoon of paprika minced.
Preparations:
You put to boil the water, at least 1 liter for every
100 gr of pasta, but not salts it immediately.
When it bubbles thrown the spaghetti and turned it
immediately with
a carving-fork to avoid that the pasta its glued, salted
and left to cooking.
While the spaghetti are cooking, put the extra virgin
olives oil Pietrantica
In a pan with the garlic crushed and the paprika;
fry slightly for 3-4 minutes to extract the perfumes and
the spicy one.

paprika burns, stop the fire.
When the spaghetti are cooked you drop it immediately in
the pan of the fried boiling one, add the fresh parsley
and blended well.
You serve immediately.
