Trenette(Paste) with pesto(green souce with basil)
Ingredients for 4 persons:
500 gr of trenette(Paste)
4 Potatoes of middle sized peeled
10 string-bean green
1 big spoon of water of the pasta
Pesto(green souce with basil) Pietrantica
to
pleasure
80 grams of parmesan grated
Preparation:
In a pot it put to boil in water salted, to pleasure,
the potatoes cut to cubes and the string-bean green.
When they will be almost cooked, it add the trenette,
blended and you finish cooking. To drain well the pasta
still together with the potatoes and to the string-bean
green and you flavour immediately with the pesto,
extended with a big spoon of water of the pasta. To
serve warm the trenette dusted with cheese grated.
