Rice with anchovies Pietrantica

 

Ingredients :
400 gr of rice
4 Anchovies salted Pietrantica
Parsley
Extra virgin olives oil Pietrantica
Salt

Preparation:
You mince the parsley ,you clean and wash the anchovies therefore removing fishbone.
You boil the rice in water salted.
You heat olives oil and the anchovies in a frying pan, therefore to put the rice and the parsley minced.
Just amalgamated everything,You be able to serve.
