Rice with tunny Pietrantica


 

With of the Extra virgin olives oil Pietrantica browned, to slow fire, the minced of Tunny pietrantica , Anchovies salted Pietrantica and parsley. You leave to cook for ten minutes.
In the meanwhile you cook the rice in abounding boiling water salted.
You drain the rice and you season it with sauce prepared before.
It is excellent, served warm.
