Ingredients :
Fish kg. 1 (scorpion fish, hake, squid, mussel , bream,
conger and small varied fish according to the season)
An onion
Two segments of garlic
parsley
orange skin extra
virgin olives oil Pietrantica
pepper
nails of carnations
nutmeg
salt
Bread toasted to slices
Preparation:
To do a fried slightly with a minced of onion, garlic,
parlsley, orange skin (a small piece) and to put in
saucepan with olives oil; after little add four glasses
of water and the spices.
To leave to consume for little minutes and therefore to
add the fish without fish-bone and cut to small pieces.
When cooking is finished, to serve on bread toasted ,
browned in the butter.
