Chocolate pudding

            

Ingredients :

1 lt of milk
4 full spoonfuls of bitter cocoa
8 spoons of sugar
5 spoons of flour
1 lemon rind


Preparation:

In a frying pan you put to heat the milk with the lemon rind.
In a capacious bowl it mixes the sugar and the cocoa and then the flour.
When the milk is about to boil, pour him cremates of chocolate and mixes in with care it till he thickens and continues mix for some minute without burning the bottom which would give the pudding a taste of smoked.
The boiling cream pours in a mould previously wetted and let it cool, therefore pass it in the fridge for some time.
