1 lt of milk
180 gr of sugar
7 eggs
a vanilla stick Preparations:
Boil the milk with the sugar.
Pour the obtained mixture in a pudding form,
completing with the vanilla.
Put in oven in a bain-marie in hot water.
Cook until crust has formed one.
